User Submissions

When publishing with us, and submitting your works, you agree to the following:

  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the submitted content.
  • You grant us the right to review and evaluate the submission.
  • Submission of materials does not create a publishing agreement or any obligation on our part unless a separate written contract is executed.
  • You agree that if we enter into a publishing and or other agreement, the Wizard Tower Publishing contract is the controlling legal body you and us will follow.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wizard Tower Publishing, its owners, officers, employees, authors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your using any of our publishing services or your violation of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Calhoun County Michigan.
